Processing Time All of our soaps and personal care products are handmade in small batches. Please allow 3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Carriers We ship domestically via USPS or FedEx. International orders are fulfilled through our global shipping partner, Global-e. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Domestic (US) Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Domestic Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on destination

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Duties & Taxes (International Orders) For international orders, duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are determined at checkout. Global-e handles all cross-border compliance, so the price you see at checkout is the price you pay — no surprise fees upon delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at soapwench@deadtiredsoap.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to make it right.
